We are a family-owned business and manage apartments in Milford, New Haven, Branford, Guilford, and North Haven. We have been in business since 1988. Our goal is to have our tenants enjoy their stay with us.
When we say we take care of and manage the apartments as if they are our own, it is because they are. We own and manage only our apartments. We provide quick and efficient response to all maintenance requests.
