The Archway
The Archway is a new, two-building apartment community located on Washington Avenue in North Haven, CT. It is an ideal home base for those who love the city, love the urban feel and yet love to escape to green surroundings. Incorporating all the feel of modern living including stylish contemporary units and an abundance of on-site amenities, The Archway offer a multitude of rental living options.
Equipped with natural gas furnaces, the buildings are highly energy efficient with insulated doors and windows. Each building has mail boxes for tenants and all buildings are secured. We provide a smoke-free environment for our tenants and smoking is permitted outside in designated areas. We are dog and cat friendly! Restrictions on dog breed and weight. Monthly pet fee applies per pet. Max 2 pets allowed.
All apartments offer spacious, light-filled living with fully equipped kitchens featuring stainless steel appliances; refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave/hood combo. All kitchens have custom cabinetry with granite countertops unique to the apartment size and style. Each unit has a washer and dryer.
Bathrooms have beautiful tile floors and granite top vanities. Bedrooms have plush carpeting in neutral colors while the remaining floors of each unit have luxurious and easy to maintain hardwood-style vinyl flooring. Custom blinds and shades grace each units windows. All entry ways are secured for your protection and all common areas have key fob entry for tenants.
