The Flats @ 520 is a new, three-building apartment community located on Washington Avenue in North Haven, CT. It is an ideal home base for those who love the city, love the urban feel and yet love to escape to green surroundings. Incorporating all the feel of modern living including stylish contemporary units and an abundance of on-site amenities, The Flats @ 520 offer a multitude of rental living options.
Choose from studio apartments from 615 to 667 square feet, one bedroom apartments from 753 – 850 square feet or two bedroom apartments from 1053 – 1128 square feet. Most include balconies, porches and extra pantry storage.
Equipped with natural gas furnaces, the buildings are highly energy efficient with insulated doors and windows. Each building has mailboxes for tenants and all buildings are secured. We provide a smoke-free environment for our tenants and smoking is permitted outside in designated areas. No dogs are allowed, however, cats are permitted with an additional pet fee.
All apartments offer spacious, light-filled living with fully equipped kitchens featuring stainless steel appliances; refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave/hood combo. All kitchens have custom cabinetry with granite countertops unique to the apartment size and style.

Building One has an on-site laundry facility with washers and dryers that are card operated for your convenience. All entryways are secured for your protection and all common areas have key fob entry for tenants.
